The new Eurospher II C18 generation possesses all of the excellent properties a new generation stationary phase can offer and can nearly solve every separation problem. The C18 modification is most suitable for acidic, basic and neutral analytes in reversed phase mode (sulphonamides; anabolic steroids; anti-psychotics; beta blocker; Sudan dyes; phenols, preservatives etc.). This column is packed in a Vertex Plus AX column hardware. Vertex Plus AX columns realize axial compression of the column bed which allows for a quick and easy reduction of dead volume for long lasting columns with excellent performance.
