Eurokat columns are especially developed and applied for food analysis. They achieve the best results when operated organic solvent free, that means pure deionised water or water with small amount of inorganic acids (0,01 N sulfuric acid).
If organic solvents are necessary an amount of 10 % should not be exceeded.
