Sample loops allow an accurate and reproduciple sample loading. With a wide range from µl to ml scale KNAUER offers sample loops for analytical and preparative purposes. In addition to stainless steel, the portfolio also includes sample loops made of PEEK and glass and thus even suits FPLC users.
These stainless steel sample loops are designed to be used for 1/8" injection valves. Based on the port geometry of the valve we offer two variants.For our older valve generations (e.g. V 2.1 valves) please use the one with M8x1 fittings. For our current V 4.1 valve generation please choose the variant with UNF 1/4-28 fittings. The sample loops on this page are specially designed for the injection of variable large volumes. The operating principle is based on a movable piston, that separates sample and eluent. Hence, mixing and dilution of sample during loading and injection procedure is prevented. Further information can be found under the individual articles.
