I have an out-of-the-box failure. What can I do?

If you receive a KNAUER product and observe a failure, please report this immediately to KNAUER customer support (support@knauer.net), providing at best a description of the failure, the details of the order and photos of both affected part and its package. Please note that you have to inspect the goods delivered immediately and shall immediately give written notification of any defects to KNAUER customer support within 10 working days after delivery at the very latest.
