If you need to set the LAN communication of your fraction collector Foxy R1 or R2 on fixed IP addresses, this must be done not only in the software but also on the device itself. You can do that through the menu available on the display of the device. Please go from the main menu to configuration tool > TCP/IP settings > IP address and enter here using the arrows the new IP address you intend to use. Remember to reboot the device at the end.
