C4 columns for Reversed Phase in HPLC and UHPLC (USP L26)
C4 stationary phases are often used in reversed phase mode for different application areas
C4 stationary phases are often used in reversed phase mode for different application areas
Ultra pure, spherical high performance HPLC phase based on silica gel
Monomeric C4 modification, standard endcapping, with 7 % carbon content (~ 50 % endcapping)
Separation mechanism: hydrophobic and hydrophilic interaction
Classical C4 phase, standard 50 % endcapping and 7 % carbon load, outstanding mechanical and chemical stability, suited for analytical as well as semi preparative and preparative applications
C4 phase based on ultra-pure silica gel (purity > 99 %), metal content < 10 ppm, pH-stability 2 - 8, pore size 100 A, particle size 3 μm, 5 μm, 10 μm (15 μm, 20 – 45 μm on request).
Universal packing material for different application areas; can also be used in HIC mode (Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography)
Ultra pure, spherical high performance HPLC phase based on silica gel
Monomeric C4 modification, no endcapping, with 5.5 % carbon content
The ProntoSIL C4 is a classical C4 type stationary phase. Due to the bonding technology it shows an enhanced stability even at pH 1. The C4 packings show excellent properties for the separation of large biomolecules like proteins and peptides not only in the RP-mode but also in the HIC-mode (Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography). The C4 bonding type is available in several pore sizes and in particle sizes of 3 μm, 5 μm and 10 μm.
Eurosil Bioselect C4 is an ultra pure, spherical wide pore HPLC phase based on wide pore silica gel. The material is unpolar, with monomeric C4 modification, conventionally endcapped with a 2 % carbon content.
Eurosil Bioselect 300 C4 has been specifically developed for the determination and purification of peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides up to MW approx. 100,000 Da. The optimized manufacturing process guarantees excellent batch–to-batch reproducibility. The Eurosil Bioselect sorbent is the first choice for biochromatography with silica material and recommended for hydrophobic and hydrophilic interaction.
C4 phase based on ultra-pure silica gel (purity > 99 %), metal content < 10 ppm, pH-stability 2-8
