In order to control devices via the LAN interface, each device requires its own IP address. This IP address can be assigned either automatically via a DHCP server, e.g. by means of a router, or manually. If you do not use a router in your system, the IP address must be assigned manually to each device. For most KNAUER devices, the Firmware Wizard can be used for this purpose.

A repair may be required because of a malfunction. If repair is not possible, or if you do not wish to have the equipment repaired, we will, at your request, pay for the disposal of the decontaminated old equipment upon receipt. We will also provide you with information about other take-back locations for decontaminated equipment within the European Economic Area. If you did not purchase your product directly from KNAUER, your distributor is your point of contact for product take-back.
