An Autosampler for all purposes
The AZURA® AS 6.1L is a versatile autosampler that – depending on the configuration – is suited for analytical, preparative and biocompatible applications. It can inject samples from 384-well plates up to 10 ml vials and due to coated versions of the metallic wetted parts can even be used for FPLC.
The analytical autosampler versions are equipped with ILD™ (Intermediate Loop Decompression) valve. For high-pressure applications, the sample loop is depressurized prior to receiving the sample. This way, the sample is not diluted with a solvent. Because the valve is switched extremely fast, pressure spikes are reduced. Analyses are more precise and wear of the column is reduced.
The optional cool/heat option allows sample temperature control ensuring reproducible results even with sensitive samples.
