Do you need to send us a device for repair or do you want to return an old KNAUER device?
Please contact us first, so we can assign you an RMA number. The RMA (Return merchandise authorization) number is needed to accept your device for repair. If repair is not possible, or if you do not wish to have the equipment repaired, we will, at your request, pay for the disposal of the decontaminated old equipment upon receipt.
We will also provide you with information about other take-back locations for decontaminated equipment within the European Economic Area. If you did not purchase your product directly from KNAUER, your distributor is your point of contact for product take-back.

Please note: The built-in PDF viewer of some browsers (e.g. Chrome) does not allow the editing of forms.
In order to fill in the form on your computer, please right-click on the blue document button and choose “Save target as…”.
Once the document is saved, it can be filled in with a pdf-viewer like PDF-XChange or Acrobat Reader. Please print out the completed document, sign it and enclude it with your shipment.
TeamViewer
TeamViewer is a computer software for remote control, desktop sharing, online meetings, web conferencing and file transfer between computers. Get the TeamViewer Client and schedule a remote support session with our Technical Support.

- Public transport: Duration approx. 1 h 30 min, bus X7 (direction: U Rudow) to U Rudow stop, change to subway U7 (direction: S + U Rathaus Spandau) to U Fehrbelliner Platz station, change to bus 115 (direction: Düppel-Süd, Neuruppiner Str.) to Loebellstraße stop (walk to KNAUER see below).
Berlin main train station
- Taxi: Duration approx. 25 min, approx. 35 Euro
- Public transport: Duration approx. 50 min – two recommended options:
- Option A: Take S-Bahn S7 (direction: Ahrensfelde) to S + U Friedrichstr. station, change to S-Bahn S1 (direction: S Wannsee) to S Zehlendorf, change to bus 115 (direction: Düppel-Süd, Neuruppiner Str.; the bus stop is located at Teltower Damm about 50 meters north from the train station). Take the bus 115 to Loebellstraße stop (walk to KNAUER see below).
- Option B: Take subway U5 (direction U Hönow) to Brandenburger Tor station, change to S-Bahn S1 (direction: S Wannsee) to S Zehlendorf station. Walk north on Teltower Damm about 50 meters and cross the street to the bus stop in front of the bank. Take bus 115 (direction: Düppel-Süd, Neuruppiner Str.) to Loebellstraße stop (walk to KNAUER see below).
Walk from Loebellstraße bus stop to KNAUER
Duration approx. 3 minutes, Continue on Berlepschstraße about 30 meters to Idsteiner Straße. Follow Idsteiner Straße until you reach Hegauer Weg and turn right. After 100 m you see the blue KNAUER building on your left.
By car on the Autobahn A115 from the south
Leave the motorway A115 at the interchange Kreuz Zehlendorf heading towards Berlin-Zehlendorf, Steglitz, Wannsee and turn onto Potsdamer Chaussee (B1). After 3.6 km turn right onto Hohentwielsteig. After 700 m you will reach Hegauer Weg. At the intersection of Hohentwielsteig / Hegauer Weg you will see the KNAUER building.
By car on the Autobahn A115 from the north
Leave the motorway A115 at the exit Hüttenweg and turn left onto Hüttenweg. After approx. 1 km turn right onto Onkel-Tom-Straße (B1). After 3.7 km you reach Potsdamer Straße. Turn to your right there. Go straight on for 1.2 km and (after you have crossed under a railway bridge) make a U-turn. Drive in the opposite direction for 200 meters and turn right onto Hohentwielsteig. After 700 m you reach Hegauer Weg. At the intersection of Hohentwielsteig / Hegauer Weg you see the blue KNAUER building.
