Assigning IP Addresses Manually
To control devices through the LAN interface, each device needs a unique IP address. This can be assigned automatically via a DHCP server, like a router, or manually if no router is present. For most KNAUER devices, the Firmware Wizard can assist with manual IP assignment.

Maintenance
Even if system failures are rare, they always disrupt the regular process - particularly serious in high-throughput environments. Wear-related downtimes can be minimized by optimally adapted maintenance plans.
Repair and Product Take-Break
If your equipment is malfunctioning, it may need repair. If repair is not an option or you prefer not to proceed, we can help with the disposal of the decontaminated equipment upon your request. We will also provide information on other take-back locations within the European Economic Area. For products not purchased directly from KNAUER, please contact your distributor for take-back assistance.
