Capillaries & Tubing for all LC applications

Capillaries made from stainless steel and tubing made from PEEK and other materials are most often used in HPLC. KNAUER offers pre-cut capillaries as well as standard capillaries that can be cut by the user.

Trouble free (U)HPLC connections every time with MarvelXACT capillaries. This connection system is recommended for all connections in a standard AZURA® Analytical system. It incorporates flexible 1/32” OD tubing to easily route through your system. The fitting is already installed on each capillary.

Standard capillaries in stainless steel and PEEK in variable length can be cut by the user with capillary or tube cutter.

MarvelXACT™ capillaries for AZURA® Analytical Systems

The MarvelXACT™ connection system is recommended for all connections in a standard AZURA® Analytical system. It incorporates flexible 1/32” OD tubing to easily route through your system. The fitting is already installed on each capillary. It is compatible with KNAUER standard 1/16” receiving ports and is absolutely fingertight so that no tools are required. Additionally, these fittings autoadjust to various port depths and do not depend on ferrules. They seal at the bottom of the port, without complex techniques, which significantly reduces required torque.

The trouble-free connection system eliminates the risk of under- and over-tightening, with a patented torque-limiting mechanism. This unique feature provides a haptic “click” feedback when it reaches the optimum torque, assuring a perfect connection. These capillaries can be connected and disconnected more than 100 times.

Standard capillaries for custom lengths

These capillaries are meant for custom lengths in your LC setup and can be cut using a capillary cutter.

For easier handling, we highligh recommend using our MarvelXACT capillaries.

PEEK capillaries for the highest biocompatibility

PEEK capillaries come in a variable length and can be cut by the user with a tube cutter. Please note the maximum backpressure that can be applied.

Tubing for low-pressure solvent and waste lines

We offer a wide range of tubing for non- & low-pressure solvent and waste lines. Due to larger internal diameters, these tubings are ideal for connecting solvent bottles to HPLC pumps and the outlets of the system to the waste canisters.

Our tubings are available in a wide range of materials, PTFE, Tefzel®, PFA and ETFE.
