This new automated lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulation system, the IJM NanoScaler Pro, addresses the long-standing challenges in the field of mRNA and LNP formulation. It eliminates the need for lab-intensive and time-consuming experiments. The IJM NanoScaler Pro significantly reduces the time and material costs associated with screening for the optimal LNP formulation.

 

With our Impingement Jets Mixing (IJM) technology for LNP production and automated lipid and API sampling, the IJM NanoScaler Pro allows researchers to fine-tune encapsulation conditions for their API-based therapy. In addition, integrated UV monitoring facilitates the controlled collection of your formulation sample and minimizes sample loss.

 

In addition to accelerating research, the IJM NanoScaler Pro offers scalability by utilizing the same IJM technology as KNAUER’s GMP production systems.
